Does GoodThru renew my domain or license for me?
No. GoodThru tells you what expires and when, in time to act. You renew with your vendor as usual.
How does GoodThru know when my domain expires?
On Business and IT Provider plans, you add the domain and it's checked every day against public registration data. SSL certificate dates are read directly from your website's server.
What about things without an automatic check, like insurance?
Add them manually with the expiration date and any notes, like a policy number or a vendor contact. GoodThru handles the reminders from there.
We have several company vehicles. Does that work?
Yes. Each vehicle has its own dates: service, inspection, registration and insurance. You see in one place which vehicle needs something next month.
I already have a spreadsheet. Do I have to start over?
No. Save it as a CSV file and import it. You'll see a preview first, and any rows that didn't import are flagged.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, export to CSV any time. Vehicle items aren't included in exports yet. That's on the way.
Can I get alerts in Teams or Slack?
Coming soon on Business and IT Provider plans. Until then, reminders come by email.
I'm an IT provider with several clients. How does it work?
The IT Provider plan includes up to 10 client workspaces and 500 items in total. Each client has a separate workspace, so different clients' domains and licenses never mix.
My receipts include personal details. Is that safe?
Files you upload are stored encrypted. Deleting an item deletes its file, and deleting your account deletes all your data. There are no third-party ad trackers. If you prefer, black out card digits before uploading.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your email and start on the Free plan.
Will you send me marketing emails?
Only if you check the box at signup. It's unchecked by default. Reminders about your items and account emails go to everyone, because they're part of the service. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
